New book INKclusivity provides companies with a practical roadmap for building disability-inclusive workforces while improving business performance.
EASTLAKE, Ohio, Sept. 9, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — INKclusivity: Company Benefits of Disability Inclusion & How-To Implementation Guide is now available for free download, giving organizations a step-by-step roadmap to recruit, train, retain, and empower individuals with developmental disabilities.
While rooted in the print industry, the strategies and tools in INKclusivity can be applied across any industry. Backed by data, personal stories, and proven results, the book demonstrates that disability inclusion isn’t charity; it’s smart, sustainable business.
Authored by Jed Seifert and Vince Bartozzi of Stakes MFG, Patrick Bardsley and Tim Howe of Spectrum Designs, and Marshall Atkinson of Atkinson Consulting, the book draws on decades of real-world experience building businesses and inclusive workforces to show companies how an often-overlooked talent pool can become a competitive advantage and redefine what businesses think is possible.
Readers will learn how to:
- Launch and scale inclusive hiring programs for people with disabilities
- Access free support services to source, train, and retain neurodiverse talent
- Empower your teams to move from false assumptions to meaningful action
- Experience the measurable ROI of building an inclusive organization
“INKclusivity is about changing lives and, in the process, changing how we do business,” says Seifert. “Inclusion is not just the right thing to do. It is the smart thing to do for your business.”
Join the movement. Be the difference. Start today.
