Asset-Map Holdings, Inc. (“Asset-Map”), the premier visual client engagement platform for financial professionals, today announced a new integration with Quin, the AI-powered assistant built for financial advisors. The integration pairs Asset-Map’s visual view of a client’s financial life with Quin’s workflow automation, turning every planning decision into updated records and ready-to-send client follow-up.
Client meetings are where advisors build trust, but the prep and follow-up around them can take hours across multiple systems. Asset-Map builds an interactive advice presentation that helps the advisor and client focus on what matters most for the household, while Quin handles the work before and after. Together, the two platforms are designed to give advisors more time for the conversation itself.
“The best planning happens when the advisor and the client are collaborating and focusing on the same page,” said H. Adam Holt, CFP®, Founder & CEO of Asset-Map. “Quin intelligently clears away the busy work around our most valuable meetings, and Asset-Map makes the meeting itself stand out. Together they give advisors more time and attention for the conversations that move clients forward.”
Before the meeting, Quin reviews the advisor’s calendar and prepares a brief for each client meeting, pulling household details from Asset-Map, including members, financials and how they connect. Advisors can also ask Quin for specific information by text, email or voice memo.
During the meeting, the Asset-Map ReportⓇ puts a household’s members, entities, assets, liabilities, cash flows and insurance on a single page. When clients see Signals that flag a risk or Target-MapsⓇ that show progress toward goals, the conversation turns to decisions. Quin takes notes on the meeting, whether it happens in person, on a video call or over the phone, so the advisor can stay focused on the client.
After the meeting, Quin updates the household in Asset-Map, adding or changing members and financial instruments based on what was discussed, and logs notes to the advisor’s CRM. The advisor receives a recap of every change and can correct anything with a simple reply. When clients follow up by email, Quin drafts responses using their Asset-Map data for the advisor to review and send.
“The first wave of AI for advisors was about drafting content and taking notes,” said Gabe Caldwell, Co-Founder of Quin. “The next wave is about putting data to work. Advisors already have a rich picture of their clients in platforms like Asset-Map. Quin turns that data into action, running the workflows that keep a practice moving so advisors can focus on the relationships that grow it.”
Client data stays protected throughout. Quin does not store Asset-Map data, and that data is never used to train Quin’s AI. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
