Havoc and Rune Technologies Announce Integration to Deliver Autonomous Logistics at the Edge

Integration aimed at giving warfighters contested logistics capability in the world’s most dangerous operating environments

PROVIDENCE, R.I. and ARLINGTON, Va., Sept. 3, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Havoc, the all-domain collaborative autonomy company, and Rune Technologies, which builds AI-enabled sustainment mission command technologies for the U.S. military and allied nations, today announced they have completed integration work to deliver autonomous sustainment solutions built specifically for contested and denied environments, combining Rune’s TyrOS logistics planning with Havoc’s autonomous aircraft. The capability is designed to operate at the edge, in the most dangerous and contested environments warfighters face, without relying on connectivity or infrastructure that may be degraded, denied, or unavailable.

Havoc’s aircraft integrates with Rune’s TyrOS mission command platform through its Autonomy Development Kit (ADK), enabling them to deliver autonomous sustainment to arm the U.S. Army and allied forces. The joint capability integrates advanced distribution management with collaborative autonomy to synchronize autonomous platforms across domains, optimize supply routing in contested and denied environments, and reduce the cognitive burden on human operators to free them up to focus on the mission (rather than the logistics behind the mission).

“Contested logistics is one of the hardest problems our military faces today. It is often the difference between mission success and mission failure at the tactical edge,” said Paul Lwin, Co-Founder and CEO of Havoc. “By combining Rune’s logistics intelligence with Havoc’s collaborative autonomy, we are building more capability that can be fielded, trusted, and used to outmaneuver and overwhelm our adversaries wherever they try to contest us.”

“Knowing what a unit has is only useful if the system can act on it. TyrOS builds that demand picture at the tactical edge, generates the course of action, and tasks it out,” said David Tuttle, Co-Founder and CEO of Rune Technologies. “With Havoc executing on the other end, the supply moves as fast as the decision does.”

The integration builds on Rune Technologies’ position as a current enterprise logistics automation partner for the U.S. Army. The company recently won a contract with the U.S. Army for enterprise access to TyrOS, giving the platform a direct pathway into Army formations and a foundation the Havoc integration is designed to build on at scale.

This integration has already been tested in the field. On August 16, 2026, Rune Technologies successfully integrated TyrOS with Havoc’s autonomous drones during xTech Overwatch’s Pegasus Charge III exercise at Fort Hood, Texas, where the two companies completed an end-to-end autonomous resupply mission for the first time, in a live operational setting.

About Rune Technologies

Rune Technologies builds sustainment mission command technologies for the U.S. military and allied nations, giving commanders and logisticians one AI-powered platform, TyrOS, to track supply, forecast demand, route distribution, and task autonomous platforms. The platform pairs software with Rune’s TyrSense sensors, which track personnel and supplies at each handoff, and runs from the tactical edge to the strategic enterprise. TyrOS keeps working in the harshest environments on Earth even when networks are jammed, degraded, or gone. Rune’s mission is to make sustainment fast enough to keep pace with the fight it supports.
